Strongholds like lies, vows, wounds, unmet needs, unforgiveness, emotional enmeshments, and others develop in our lives and prevent us from maturing in Christ (Eph. 4:22). However, we can be renewed by working out our Salvation with the Holy Spirit (Phil. 2:12).
